Shelby TV and their awesome SXSW product: although still in private beta, Shelby.tv is quietly building the best place to discover and share video.  To show off some of their take on a lean-back video experience, they’ve launched http://sxsw.shelby.tv for the folks who can and especially for those who can’t make it to this year’s SXSW.  The goal of the project is to show the most shared videos about SXSW Interactive, Film, and Music.
