With over 30,000 global drivers, 5 million passengers and annualized sales of over $100M, Hailo is disrupting the taxi cab market tap after tap with its trusty mobile app. Just last week, the company, which has operations in London, Dublin, Toronto, Chicago and Boston – announced its long-awaited New York City launch, making it the second company participating in the NYC E-Hail pilot program after taxi hailing competitor Uber.

Founded by three taxi drivers and three internet entrepreneurs, Hailo has raised over $50M from the investors including Union Square Ventures, Accel Partners, Wellington Partners, Atomico Ventures Sir Richard Branson.
