Splittable is a web and mobile app that helps those living in shared accommodation manage their household costs with ease and without stress. The company was incubated by the Open Data Institute before firmly rooting itself in London’s flourishing property technology scene via PiLabs – Europe’s first real estate technology accelerator.

Their main aim is to improve the lives of people sharing houses and flats but they have also helped charitable housing causes. They have teamed up with Generation Rent on a number of initiatives and have committed 1% of profits towards charitable housing causes.
