What’s your historical London and New York connection?
After 14 years just in London, I became a resident in of both cities.

Describe your experience in New York as a Londoner.
I see more of my London friends in NYC. It’s funny how certain people always end up in the same places.

How can New York and London better engage with each other?
I don’t think that is possible. Short of imitating each other architecturally, I feel they are non-identical twins.

Favorite NYC secret spot:
Red Rooster – I don’t know if it’s secret but I fell in love with Harlem.

Favourite London secret spot:
Peppers and Spice in Hackney – So secret there is no Foursquare link!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? 
I would love to live in one place, a hot place with waves and not be travelling 70% of the time. That would be ideal, apart from that I’m not picky.

• What’s playing in your headphones right now? Gomorra TV Series. A collection of 90’s French Hip-Hop.
• And what are you currently reading? Many, many film and TV scripts. I wish I had more time to read books. I love buying them but don’t read enough.
